If you change your mind about a product you’ve purchased from us, you’re welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.

Take your order or product into your Nautical n Tropical Store with your proof of purchase.
By Post
- Contact our customer service team here who will provide you with an RA.
- Carefully package the product up with a copy of the Returns Form.
To ensure that the product is returned safely it is suggested to return the product in packaging. We also recommend returning the product via registered post or courier. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. (Please contact us before returning)

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.
Exchanges
In Store
Take your online order into your Nautical n Tropical for an exchange for a product/s of equal. You will be offered a gift voucher if you do not exchange for a product/s of the same value.
By Post

Condition of returns/exchanges.
- Products are unused
- Products are in their original packaging with all stickers and tags still attached
- Proof of purchase or invoice number provided (online only)
No receipt?
If you do not have the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will happily exchange or provide a gift voucher valued at its current retail price, as long as the purchase meets the above criteria.
Faulty or Wrong item?
If an item is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please within 48hours of receiving your order.
